So many people are interested in yoga but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where I come in. You can book a private experience through Yaa Wellness Collective (YWC) or practice with me in a community setting. We gently move into poses designed to help with flexibility without pushing ourselves over the limit. Each pose is held to enable you to get the fullest possible stretch as well as time to relax your mind and connect to your breath.
