within YWC services,
client experiences and collaboration partnerships.
YWC leads with a restorative approach to yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. The goal is to create an experience that places YOU at the center of a practice that encourages rest, self-care, and self-advocacy.
Choose from a selection of wellness services that cater to the individual, groups, and organizational needs. Private offerings include restorative yoga, meditation, team mindfulness, and community-centered wellness literacy.
